I hand make the bracelets, you can only purchase them from me. I developed these bracelets of necessity (my wife needed one). I took my skills in making decorative “spring hardened” bracelets and created the “Medi-Bracelet”.

You need to wear a Medi-Bracelet if you are a diabetic, have allergeries, heart problems (pacemaker), asthma, breathing problems, epileptic, need special medications or any other medical complications that needs to be know during an emergency.

30 + years of goldsmithing experience, make my ½ oz. + - (10 penny weights) 14k oval bracelets, designed to lay on the back of the hand, forward of the wrist. You chose the size by measuring your wrist. Add ½ to 5/8 inch to this measurement for the correct size.

Medi-Bracelets are available in four styles and two price ranges. My price varies depending upon the price of gold.

Three styles are forged (hammered over an anvil) the fourth is a straight strap style.

My locking bracelets are slid on from the side of the wrist. To lock the bracelet, squeeze the two sides of the oval with thumb and three opposite fingers. With your index finger, press the top of bracelet down to engage the talon through the slot on the bracelet. Release the pressure and the bracelet will lock securely. Or cup the bracelet with your hand underneath the wrist and squeeze to lock and unlock.

To open the bracelet, press the two sides of the oval. Press in about an inch below the caduceus (medical symbol) with thumb and the bracelet will pop open.

I make both left and right hand bracelets for left or right-handed people.
